The house

The main house has six en-suite bedrooms. Two independent guesthouses, each with its own entrance, add two en-suite bedrooms apiece, so three families or a group of friends can share the estate without living on top of each other. The house measures 2,000 m² and sits in 4,000 m² of walled tropical gardens.

Inside there is a dining room that seats sixteen, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a piano and a Sonos and Bang & Olufsen sound system throughout.

Two pools and a private spa

La Danza pool carries the sketch Picasso drew in 1961 for the flamenco dancer Antonio el Bailarín, who built the house. It is the only submerged Picasso anywhere. Read the story of the house.

The wellness area is yours alone: an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a gym and a massage area. Outside, a lounge with an open bar and a cinema screen, several terraces, and a paddle board for the bay.

Looked after every day

Housekeeping comes every day from 07:00 to 15:00 and is included. A member of our team meets you at the gates, shows you the house and stays reachable throughout your stay. With notice we arrange a private chef, a butler, a bartender, drivers, airport transfers and valet parking.

On the beach at Puerto Banús

The villa has its own access to the sand, yet stays private behind its walls and gardens. The marina, the beach clubs and the shops of Puerto Banús are a short walk.

How many guests can stay at Villa El Martinete?

Fifteen guests, in ten en-suite bedrooms: six in the main house and two in each of the two guesthouses, which have their own entrances.

Is the villa really on the beach?

Yes. The estate is on the front line at Puerto Banús and its gardens open directly onto the sand.

What is the minimum stay?

Three nights for most of the year, and longer on some dates. The booking calendar shows the nightly rate for every free date.

What is included in the rental?

The whole estate for your group alone, daily housekeeping from 07:00 to 15:00, and a member of our team to welcome you. A private chef, butler, bartender, drivers and valet parking can be arranged with notice.

How far is the villa from Málaga Airport and Marbella?

Málaga Airport is about 45 minutes by car. The marina of Puerto Banús is a short walk, and Marbella Old Town is about fifteen minutes by car.

Is there parking?

An underground garage for five cars, a driveway for ten more, and an electric vehicle charger.

How do I book?

Choose your dates on the booking calendar and send your enquiry. We reply personally, confirm the details with you, and ask each lead guest to complete a short verification before the stay is confirmed. A refundable security deposit is arranged before arrival.
