Villa El Martinete is a private beachfront estate in Puerto Banús, taken whole by one company at a time. Your team stays, works and eats in the same house, with the sea at the end of the garden and nobody else on the property.

Ten en-suite bedrooms sleep fifteen: six in the main house and two in each of two guesthouses with their own entrances. Housekeeping comes every day and is included, and a member of our team is on hand from the moment you arrive.
Between sessions there is an indoor heated pool, a sauna and a gym, the beach in front of the garden, and three golf courses within ten minutes.

By day the house, its gardens and its lower floor take up to about 200 guests, for a company day, a presentation or a dinner. Breakfast can be served in the garden or on the rooftop, and the dining room seats sixteen at one table. There is a cinema room for screenings.
We work with a caterer who knows the house, and arrange private chefs, bartenders, drivers and airport transfers. Events are best paired with a stay, and outside the summer months the house is at its most available.
The flamenco dancer Antonio el Bailarín built El Martinete in 1959. Picasso sketched him in 1961, and that drawing lies in the floor of the pool, the only submerged Picasso anywhere. Read the story of the house.
